We just uploaded a video showing how to perform a replay attack on a remote control using PandwaRF.
The setup of the video was:
- a remote control operating at 433 MHz
- PandwaRF, connected in Bluetooth to the Android application
- RTL-SDR showing what is going on on the RF
We started by showing how to measure the frequency of the remote control and also the data rate, assuming they are unknown.
Once the parameters were correctly set, we performed the replay attack itself, showing how to capture the data transmitted by the remote control and replay it.
